  • Should you call and reach the voice mail, please leave a name and number.  Your call will be returned promptly. 
  • We accept personal checks, travelers checks, money orders, and currency.  Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. 
  • Check in time is four o’clock p.m. (or as mutually agreed upon). 
  • Wine and cheese or wine and hors d’oeuvres are served in the gathering room between five o’clock and six o’clock p.m. 
  • Check out time is on or before eleven o’clock a.m.
  • All reservations include a full, hearty breakfast served from eight to nine o'clock a.m. each morning. 
  • Reservations are requested in advance.  A deposit of one half of your stay rate is required to guarantee your reservation.   You will be sent a personal confirmation letter to confirm your reservation date..
  • The deposit, less a $20 fee, will be happily refunded if your cancellation is made seven days prior to your reservation date.  If cancellation is made with less than seven days notice, your deposit cannot be refunded.
